Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Refund and Cancellation if any, will be as per the applicable terms of booking and cancellation policy of the service provider and may vary based on services offered to client.

 

Genie Alliance LLP ("Site Provider") is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the service provider /Independent Contractors or for any reason or request for which the User is entitled for a refund is subject to Site Provider receiving the amount from the said service provider. User acknowledges that Site Provider shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective service provider or Independent Contractors of Site Provider. In such events the User shall directly approach the service provider for any claims. Once the money is received and refund is approved we will process the same immediately which may take upto 14 days based on payment mode.

 

The User further agrees that refund will be processed as per the respective service applicable rules and cancellation policy which the User should check properly before any payments. However, the convenience fee if any paid to Site Provider at the time of placing order or booking is a non-refundable fee, The said additional charges covers the cost incurred by Site Provider towards facilitating such booking. The user understands and agrees that none of the doctor consultations/ professional appointments/Consultants time slot booking can be cancelled once booking is confirmed and refund/credits of consultation fees will be subject to the sole discretion of Site Provider and Service Provider. 

 

All cancellations made directly with the Service Provider to be intimated to Site Provider, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the applicable service fee  which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.

 

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Site Provider will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; likewise if the User used a debit card, Site Provider will credit the money to the same debit card. Registered Users have the option to take a refund in Digital Wallet based on their convenience.

 

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized services, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
